Damir is a strategic thinker, futurist, value investor and expert in strategic restructuring of the growth stage businesses. He was involved in restructuring over 50 companies in 7 different industries, which gave him a cross-industry perspective, also collaborating with other stakeholders such as development agencies, development funds and governments. He is currently a managing partner in Foresight Factory, a global data analytics firm with focus on consumer trends in 23 different industries. He is also involved in a number of global social impact projects with some of the most significant NGOs and foundations. He is based in New York City, but frequently engaged in projects in most major global centers.

Angela is a serial entrepreneur, Fortune 500 executive coach & trainer, innovation expert and award-winning public speaker. She co-founded the successful innovation & intrapreneurship program that induced a company-wide cultural transformation at Nestlé – Gartner Research praised the program as ‘a prime example of successful bimodal innovation at large corporations’ in a dedicated article. In the past years, she led and was part of many innovation projects, ranging from digital solutions, IoT systems, technology explorations, to new retail models and food products. Recognising the major impact of new technologies and the rapidly changing market environment, she left her corporate career to co-found a group of companies that aim to assist professionals and companies transition & thrive in the New Economy.

Robi’s fascination for SW development, innovation, and business, has been driving him for the last 15 years. He has been working for international companies and clients like Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Muehlbauer Technologies, Gemalto and Vanderlande. He has built a significant network of investors, enterprises, startups, and experts. He is deeply involved with several top international tech investors communities. Joseph Lubin’s career has involved various posts in the fields of technology and finance and in their intersection. Subsequent to graduating cum laude with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton, he worked as research staff in the Robotics Lab at Princeton and then at Vision Applications, Inc., a private research firm, in the fields of autonomous mobile robotics, machine vision and artificial neural networks. Joseph worked as a software engineer and consultant on various projects, eventually being tipped for the role of Director of the New York office of Blacksmith, a Virginia-based software consulting firm. Software engineering, finance and cryptography were central during employment with Goldman Sachs, eMagine’s consulting work on the Identrus project, and the founding and operation of a set of hedge funds run with a partner. Joseph co-founded the Ethereum Project, and has been working on Ethereum and more recently ConsenSys since January 2014.

Samuel conducted graduate research at Johns Hopkins University at the intersection of technological and biological computation, ultimately focusing on cognitive sciences. His work specifically on human visual and language processing led him to co-found Sensorstar Labs, a research and development company focused on computer vision, robotics, and bio-sensing. Subsequently, Cassatt served as CTO of mobile identity company Atmospheir. With expertise in venture capital, software development methodology, enterprise architecture, and growth strategy, at ConsenSys Cassatt defines company-wide strategy regarding business models in the rapidly expanding blockchain economy.
